NVC cartoon about lightbulb

I love how it conveys the 4 step process, including requests and the 10,000 strategies to meet a need.

I really value inclusiveness. I sent him an email with this thought and asked if he might be willing to consider how to include females, or remove gender in this cartoon?
I grew up when the common language was he, his, bortherhood of man, etc. Things have changed a lot with that. I would love this to model that both men and woman are valued.

It might be related to translation from another language. Hmmm.

I appreciate all the effort and creativity to bring these ideas forward in a fun, accessible way !
